Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in Jesolo, zum ersten Mal im Almar. Gut gefallen hat uns ＞ Das Frühstück ＞ Das Hotel im Allgemeinen ＞ Das Zimmer im Allgemeinen ＞ Das Engagement der MA Nicht gut gefallen haben uns ＞ Wir mussten das Zimmer selber suchen. Begleitung und „Einführung ins Hotel“, oder ein Begrüssungsdrink, Fehlanzeige ＞ Room Service platze einfach ins Zimmner, ohne sich zuvor bemerkbar zu machen ＞ der Aufdeckservice am Abend kam recht spät. Oftmals nach 2030 Uhr. Zu spät für uns ＞ Das Zimmer musste zuerst in Stand gesetzt werden (Balkontüre konnte von aussen nicht geschlossen werden, AC funktionierte nicht richtig, das Telefon funktionierte nicht) das Ganze hat mehrere Stunden und viele Telefone in Anspruch genommen. Als Entschuldigung gab es ein „Sorry“. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Für ein 5* Hotel sehr bescheiden. ＞ in der Bar gab es gerade mal 4 Drinks ohne Alkohol. Kennen wir Besser. Die Aussicht in der Bar im UG (im Aussenbereich) war sehr bescheiden und motivierte nicht für einen längeren Besuch. ＞ der Poolbereich war sehr eng gestuhlt. Oftmals hat man einfach eine grüne Hecke vor sich. Wunderbare Ausblick… ＞ Wir hatten einmal im Hotel zu Mittag gegessen. Getränke wurden zuerst einem falschen Tisch gebracht. Ein paar Minuten später dann zu uns gebracht. Zum veganen SW wurde eine nicht vegane Sauche gereicht. 5 Sterne? Fazit: Die Vorfreude war sehr gross, das Erlebnis selber…, na ja…

Siamo stati all’Almar Jesolo a luglio con la famiglia e, nonostante la struttura sia molto bella e ben posizionata, la nostra esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. In particolare, abbiamo trovato la gestione della zona piscina deludente: la responsabile, Graziella, ci è sembrata spesso disorganizzata, poco disponibile e maleducata, più attenta a conversare al telefono con i colleghi che ad assistere gli ospiti. Peccato, perché un hotel di questa categoria dovrebbe distinguersi proprio per professionalità e attenzione verso i clienti

Premetto che sono 9 anni che frequentiamo annualmente (anche più volte l’anno) questo hotel, ma è la prima volta che veniamo nelle due settimane centrali di agosto. Nonostante l’hotel è grande gli spazi sia in piscina che in spiaggia sono ben distribuiti, il personale è sempre gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Camere pulite ordinate e spa come sempre molto bella! Alberto (reception), Alina, Fiorella e Andrea (ristorante), la signora Graziella (piscina spiaggia) -nonostante sia il suo primo anno è un uragano di energia…. È onnipresente! ☺️- sono persone professionali, attente, cortesi e sempre disponibili e che rincontriamo annualmente e con piacere! Unica osservazione: per chi come noi ha soggiornato 10 gg la proposta del menù del ristorante è molto ristretta e limitata. Ma nonostante questo piccolo dettaglio, è sempre un piacere soggiornare e ritornare qui! A presto! Tatiana e Paolo

Great stay at Almar this July. Excellent and friendly staff across the board - from reception area, restaurant, room service, the beach…. Great breakfast and prompt service at the restaurant. Will definitely return!

Luogo perfetto dove rearsi , come cantava Lucio, per ritrovar se stessi. Spa piccola ma elegante e funzionale, cucina di ottimo livello, breakfast spaziale. Camere molto belle e ben pulite.

Eine tolle Anlage mit einer super Lage am Strand und einer sehr erholsamen Atmosphäre! Leider ein paar Reinlichkeitsprobleme beim Frühstück. Zudem wollte man für eine Verbindungstür zwischen 2 Superior Zimmer (sind mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort gewesen) 50% Aufpreis zum bereits bezahlten Reisepreis-beim Check-Out waren auf einmal weitere 500€ mehr auf der Rechnung…ein Fehler…trübt leider den ansonsten sehr guten Eindruck

L’hotel è carino e sicuramente i servizi di un 5 stelle ci sono. Dall’altra parte il livello di qualità medio a mio avviso si avvicina di più ad un buon 4 stelle. Il personale evidentemente nuovo purtroppo non dava l’immagine che di sicuro l’hotel voleva trasmettere. Per ciò che mi riguarda è un buon hotel ma non un 5 stelle e sicuramente non vale il costo in questo momento. Con alcuni accorgimenti ed un livello di servizio migliore sicuramente ci può arrivare
